Samuel T. Reddy Founder & CEO

Samuel T. Reddy founded LTL Academy in 2018, intending to spotlight Foreign and Commonwealth living in the UK, where many industries have historically undervalued the skill ability and the diversity of thought they bring to the workplace.

Using a unique training approach, the Leavers to Leaders International Network (LTLIN) has grown from 2 ambassadors in one country to over 200 members in nearly 15 countries (Q2 2023). After serving in the British Army as a front-line soldier, movement strategist and linguist, Samuel went on a mission to connect with the 48,000 Foreign & Commonwealth who previously served across the British Armed Forces, and that’s when he founded LTLIN.
