Ivai Kisten – Making the Catering Industry more Sustainable

Born in Mauritius, Ivai joined the Royal Air Force as a military chef. After completing his service, Ivai became an executive chef, working with top London Companies and as a celebrity chef. He is now on a mission to develop other chefs to become more sustainable in the catering industry, working with Leavers to Leaders. He serves as a Sustainability Culinary Consultant at REBIVAI.
