Joel Richard is currently serving with the British Army. He always had a passion for serving humanity and a deep-seated desire to address educational inequality for children. Joining Leavers to Leaders means he is now able to do what he does best while gaining the knowledge to lead a sustainable project, developing entrepreneurial skills, and earning an MSc in Sustainability Leadership.
