As a citizen of two commonwealth nations, I believe each member of the LTLIN has the potential to solve at least one of the world’s biggest problems above, however, I also believe together we are stronger in solving these problems.

LTLIN’s recent research explored various individual leadership qualities to understand better sustainability leadership and the essential components of a practical approach. The findings suggest that sustainability leadership should not be viewed as a separate leadership category. Instead, it is a unique combination of individual leadership traits applied within a specific context.

Developing Service Personnel from a Commonwealth & Overseas background isn’t just about representation, it is about meaningful impact based on their talents, expertise and knowledge. Fully integrating Commonwealth and Gurkhas into sustainable leaders using technology could drive an estimated $28 trillion increase in global GDP, while tackling some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
